We collect account details, pet profiles, owner-entered observations, measurements, care schedules, consent records, access logs, media, export requests, and account-closure records.

We use this information to authenticate you, provide private Owner functions, secure and operate the service, answer support requests, create requested exports, process closure, and meet legal or incident-response obligations.

Service providers may process data only to operate hosting, authentication, storage, email, security, support, and backup functions. Pet Network and Vet Owner History remain disabled for real users in this release.

You may request access or correction, export your data, or begin account closure through the product or by contacting the privacy email. Retention and deletion follow the published closure and backup schedule.
